By visiting, using, or creating an account on the bbb4 website (bbb4.cam), you are considered to have accepted the full contents of these Terms. 3.1 Account Security

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer)

To ensure security, bbb4 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. This process may require a national identity card, bank statement, or proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

• To withdraw this bonus, a wager of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed.
• After activating the bonus, the conditions must be met within a specified time limit.
• Winnings earned using the bonus are withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

5.3 VIP Program

The bbb4 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. Special benefits and priority support are provided at each tier.

Gaming Rules

All games on the bbb4 platform are conducted under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is cancelled or postponed.
• In the event of a match cancellation, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is placed will apply.
• Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), and other sports.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Live casino games are conducted in real time by a dealer.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bbb4 will take appropriate action.
• If any error is noticed in a game result, the support team must be notified immediately.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Abusing or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or exploit security vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by bbb4

bbb4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If evidence is found of an account being used by a minor.

8.2 Closed by the User

Any user may close their account of their own free will. All applicable funds must be withdrawn before closing the account. A temporary break (Self-exclusion) option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
